Backyard Printing has a full service embroidery division. We have 12 heads of embroidery featuring two 4-head embroidery machines. We started with our single stand alone machines and then expanded to the two 4 head machines. This allows us to run smaller jobs or gives us the flexibility to run the same job on multiple machines. We can stitch hats, shirts, jackets, aprons and many other items.
How embroidery is priced:
Embroidery is priced by the quantity of stitches in a logo, how big the logo is, as well as the cost of the garment being embellished.
On normal embroidery jobs there are 2 costs.
- One time digitizing fee for making logo embroiderable. This creates the DST file that our embroidery machines use.
- Cost per item being embroidered including embroidery.
For embroidery art we can use jpgs for most logos. Detail and clarity of supplied logo may determine whether it is usable.
